How long will Glamour Me units last?
Units last a year or more with proper care
and maintenance.
What is refund/ exchange policy?
Due to the nature of this business refunds are NOT accepted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong item(s). Please refer to our "Shipping & Policies" page that outlines all information.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes after processing is complete you can pick up order in Southfield, Michigan.
Are any units on hand?
Any units on hand will be listed on site and Instagram.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All custom units have a 10-15 business day processing period. It is important to note that this does NOT include weekends and/or holidays nor the delivery time from our provider service courier.
Can extensions be dyed?
Yes! Our hair can be dyed/colored. It is recommended that you have a licensed professional complete the task. Please note that by chemically altering the hair the texture may loosen. We are not responsible for and damage resulting from hair color.
What’s the difference between pre-made and custom orders?
Pre-Made Units are units that are constructed by our vendor. The units are also based off a density. By definition, wig density is the amount of hair added to the cap to create a fuller look. It is NOT to be compared to the thickness of a unit being made with 3 bundles or more. Custom wigs are just that, custom. The wig is created based on the measurements provided. The unit is also constructed by our owner, via sewing machine. Based on your order the unit will be constructed with 2 or more bundles which depends on the collection you purchase your unit from. If you still need help understanding the difference please contact our support team.
What happens if I don’t provide a size for my wig?
Your wig will be made for an average fit, typically 21 inches.
What if I provide wrong shipping address?
If you provided the wrong shipping address to your order please send us an email immediately to glamourme25@gmail.com. Please include the following: 1.Your full name, 2. Order number, 3.Brief description of the error, 4. Correct address and where to ship your order.

How many bundles will I need?

What color options are available for extensions?
Glamour Me Extensions comes in a Straight, Body Wave, Deep Wave or Tight Curly texture. The color will range between Natural 1b and 2 (sometimes lighter). It does not come in black. If you want it Black/Jet black it has to be dyed or a semi permanent has to be applied to darken the hair. Our product is 100% human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor. We can not guarantee hair color. In some cases we may have natural lighter pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed. Please be advised, if you are dissatisfied with the color we will not consider that a defect and we will not grant an exchange.
If I straighten my bundles will they revert back to natural state after shampooing?
The body wave texture only has a slight wave pattern. After heat has been applied to the extensions, they will be trained to stay straight and the pattern WILL NOT come back. The Deep Wave and the Tight Curly texture DOES revert back curly/wavy after straightening/curling but the pattern will not be as tight. If you purchase these textures I suggest you wear them in its natural state first. After you are tired of wearing it naturally curly/wavy then apply heat for a different look.

2. Order confirmation will be sent via email.
3. The processing period will begin on the NEXT business day. Processing time for custom wig orders is 10-15 business days excluding weekends and holidays. The processing period for Ready to Ship Units is 2-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. The processing period for accessories is 1-2 business days unless stated otherwise. (During major sales please note that the processing period for custom units increases to 7-21 business days). After processing period, your shipping label will be created.
4. You will receive an order fulfillment email with tracking information.

1. Shipping occurs after the processing period is complete. All orders are shipped via USPS. Please note the shipping time frame is separate from the processing period.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds nor exchanges will not be issued. Hair extensions nor custom units cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
1. We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.
2. All packages come with a tracking number. USPS updates their system every time there is a change regarding your shipment.
3. If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS store.
